Client Testimonials
"We had been circling the same product idea for months without making a decision. The Idea Shaping Session gave us a shared vocabulary and a single-page document we could actually take to our board. Straightforward and useful."
Ahmad Hafiz
Head of Product, Petaling Jaya
May 2025
"We engaged Solenne for the Product Direction Engagement when we were developing a new service line. The direction document they produced was the clearest description of our priorities we had ever had. It changed how the whole team communicated internally."
Rachel Lim
Managing Director, Kuala Lumpur
April 2025
"I appreciated that they were honest when one of our assumptions was weak. It would have been easy for them to just go along with what we had prepared — they did not, and that was more valuable than any document. Would have liked a bit more time in the working session, but the output was good."
Zulaikha Azmi
Strategy Lead, Shah Alam
June 2025
"We used the Innovation Practice Programme across two business units. The method guide is something our teams still reference six months later. The templates are light enough that people actually use them — which is rare."
Darren Koh
Chief Operating Officer, Cyberjaya
March 2025
"Solenne helped us go from three competing ideas to one well-defined concept in a single afternoon. The session was structured without being rigid, and Nadia challenged our thinking without dismissing it. The concept note was delivered the next morning."
Farah Yusoff
Founder, Klang Valley
May 2025
"What I valued most was that the fee was clear before we started. We have worked with consultants before who quoted low and then added on. Solenne did exactly what they said they would do, delivered when they said they would, and the price did not change."

How Clients Have Used Our Work
Challenge
A Kuala Lumpur logistics firm had an internal software idea that had been discussed in meetings for over a year. No one could agree on what it was supposed to do or who it was for.
Our Approach
We ran an Idea Shaping Session with three stakeholders. We worked through five structured questions, identified where assumptions differed, and agreed on the most important user need to address first.
Outcome
Within three weeks, the team had commissioned a focused feasibility study — using the one-page concept note as their brief. The project moved from discussion to action after 14 months of standing still.
Logistics company, KL — Idea Shaping Session — April 2025
Challenge
A mid-size financial services firm wanted to launch a new customer-facing product but had three internal teams with competing visions of what it should be. Progress had stalled at the planning stage.
Our Approach
We ran the Product Direction Engagement over three weeks with representatives from all three teams. We surfaced the underlying assumptions behind each vision and worked toward a direction all three could support.
Outcome
The direction document became the single reference point for all product decisions for the next quarter. The roadmap was presented to the board and approved without significant amendment.
